Correct. But we're flexible so whatever happens happens (same car btw so need at least one spot between us).

Hi Neil,
As Rudi said, it's fine for your brother to enter in his 180SX, but can he organise an entry and payment by Friday if he is, as we need to be finalising things by then.
Even though it's a TECCWA event, we are not limiting it to only Toyotas. So, don't let that stop you or any of your friends. We may even have a 4cyl VC Commodore doing a run, even for just it's amusement factor - just don't let it beat you :-)
Regards
Gene

2 spots remaining for the morning session, however if some morning session people would like to run in the afternoon session instead, we can possibly run an increased number of laps per course for both sessions. This improves your track time without increasing the cost - looking for volunteers who wish to switch sessions - call me directly on 0403 733 054.
I'm off to purchase bbq and drinks goodies for tomorrow - bacon and eggs buns, sausage sizzles, vegeburgers, hambugers and cans of soft drink and bottles of water will be available - bring your cash!
sweet day guys thanks again to all the organizers and helpers. Had an absolute blast![]()

Thanks to all those that come out and hope to see you all again at the next event!!
Special thanks to Gene for organising it all!

I did less than 2% of the prep work for this event - the credit goes to Gene.
I had fun beating my riced up POS around the track, but am reminded I am rusty and competed in a car with less drive and power last time. The 205 was more controllable than I thought it may be, so this gives me some confidence in my future plans - driveline refresh, suspension swapping, camber, R Comps, and attention to the steering (I found the steering very dull all day - I had no idea which way the wheels were pointing sometimes and as a result was waiting for the car to spear me off the track a lot of the time - some of which it succeeded in too I will admit). I also need to work on red mist control - as always.
The club will look into another Khana day in January under the same "dry run" format as today, prior to a Khana Series launch in February - let us know if you are interested in attending that day when details are confirmed in the coming weeks?!
Hi,
For those that competed, and for anyone interested, the results are in the spreadsheet at the following link.
There are 3 tabs, one for full data used for calculations, one for the normal course results based on best average time, and one for the Top Gear layout where only your best time recorded is used.
Results Spreadsheet
Calculations for Wrong Way on any given layout/run is based on the average of others normal times (excluding penalties), plus 15 seconds.
Thanks for the words of appreciation, much appreciated. It does take a bit to get something like this off-the-ground, or should that be "wheels turning"?

well done Gene! Sounds like a great day out and everyone had a great time!
you even got the weather right!
I'm such a sad panda I missed this event. You can blame my tempremental KE70![]()
spent majority of my morning in recovery mode rescuing the car from the side of Reid Hwy.
Judging by the success, I'm sure TECCWA will be holding another similar event in the near future... hopefully I'll make it to that one *fingers crossed*

Wasn't able to make it down to check this out, unfortunately my volleyball partner had double booked himself so as soon as we finished volleyball we had to head back to bunbury - apparently partners get upset if you miss a full day of antenatal classes or something?
Glad it went well, pending dates definitely keen for January![]()
Wow I did better then I thought, I figured being one of the least experienced drivers (motorsport wise) that I'd be slower then that... Especially on the Top Gear layout where I know I stuffed up a couple of times.
