I've added a link to entrants, showing sessions nominated, and whether an Entry Form and/or fee have been received. If you're on the list and it needs to be updated, please let me know.

I believe there are some people who's money has been received, but the column in the spreadsheet hasn't been updated yet, so don't panic if that column isn't completely up-to-date.

As you can see, there's still plenty of places available.

You'd may as well take me off the list mate, I won't know what time I'm free on Sunday until the day. Will still head over for a look if I finish up in time though.

Time is running-out, with this event on NEXT Sunday. So, if you're planning on entering but haven't completed the entry form and made payment, please do so before Friday. The sooner the better, to lock your spot away.

Everything is in place to make this a great day.

Planned is 3 courses run twice each, for a total of 6 runs. And, as long as participants run efficiently to get through on time, there will then be a single run on our "Top Gear" layout, which we'll be recording on our "fastest laps" board, and which will be run at each event in the up-coming series if it goes well.

If you have any questions/issues, feel free to email me at [email protected]

    Hi Webster/Wishart,

No problem, you can bring your Entry forms on the day.

Just clarifying, how's the $115 break-down? I assume that's one TECCWA and one non-TECCWA entrant, and you already have licenses? Or am I wrong? The maths is a bit out.

At this stage, unless there's a sudden run of interest for the afternoon session, we may re-jig the scheduling slightly if it's acceptable to the entrants.

Currently, we have a single afternoon entrant (besides myself, and I'm definitely flexible) who I will ask about their ability to do the morning session instead.

If that turns-out to be the case, we may consider either:
    1. Just running a morning session with all entrants in that single session.
    2. Split the sessions into 2 smaller groups, however timings for that may be difficult so we'll need to think about how that could work.

No promises, but if we end-up with 20-odd people in a single session, we may look at increasing the number of runs, provided timing is OK with everyone.

This is just a thought at this stage, based on no sudden influx of entrants during this week, and a need for the afternoon session to remain.

    Regards

    Hey Gene,

My brother is keen to come but was wondering if he can bring his 180sx along? If not are there still spots for him to fill out and entry form and drive in my Celica?

    Cheers,
    Neil

Any make or model is fine, so yes your brother's 180SX can come and play too - please ask your brother to fill out an entry form and send his payment ASAP.

    Hi,

So, were you both wanting to run in the afternoon?
