While we have an official timetable as listed in the Supp Regs, the more organised you guys are will mean more track time - if we have to wait for people, we have no option but to reduce the number of laps everyone gets to complete.

In an ideal world, we will have several scrutineers to check cars over and all cars would arrive before 8:15am (if you want to turn up at 7:45 and be one of the first cars scrutineered - please feel free - the earlier we get through the checks and paperwork, the earlier we can go have fun) with scrutineering finished by 8:30. Drivers briefing at 8:30 for 5 mins with first car on the track at 8:40

First course 8:40 – 9:40am - start of session one
    Reset course – 5 mins
    Second course 9:45 – 10:45am
    Reset course – 5 mins
    Third course 10:50 – 11:50am
    Reset course – 5 mins
Fourth course 11:55 – 12:55pm - end of session one

5 minute break to exchange cars in pit area

Fourth course remains set up from first session 1:00-2:00pm - start of session two
    Reset course – 5 mins
    First course 2:05 – 3:05pm
    Reset course – 5 mins
    Second course – 3:10 – 4:10pm
    Reset course – 5mins
    Third course – 4:15 – 5:15pm - end of session two

session two cars will be required to arrive, complete paperwork, have their car scrutineered, attend a driver's briefing and be ready for their first course prior to 1:00pm hence the overlap in timings to achieve this.

Just realized. This event is on a Sunday.
Won't be able to make it until late in the afternoon, so i'll be spectating only...
Really keen to have something together for a 2012 series though.

so what you need to do is push it backwards

Just run the track rims on the drive there, save changing em. Or 1 in the frunk, 3 in the passenger side..

How full are the sessions guys? I can start asking around if the slots aren't filling up enough...

Yes, reversing is classed as "Wrong Way", with the penalty time allocated as such.

Getting out of the vehicle to push it back will also be treated as a penalty. While the comment is said in gest, remember the following from the Supp Regs:

The organisers reserve the right to refuse any entry or, if deemed appropriate, the Clerk of Course may withdraw any entry on the grounds of safety, misconduct or inappropriate behaviour.

So, no silly behaviour will be tolerated.

At this stage, we still have plenty of spaces available in both sessions. So, feel free to circulate to people, and allocations will be locked-in on actual receipt of entry/payment on a first-come-first-in basis. Currently, most entrants have nominated the AM session, so I suspect that will fill first.

track rims will be on. not sure how they will last hence needing spares. they're the tyres from the last track day.

If your tyres won't last a session, I doubt they will pass scrutiny to begin with - this does however sound like overkill on your part!

The AASA permit for this event has been issued, and the Supplementary Regulations and Entry Form have been updated with this permit number and other final details. If you have entered, or are planning to enter, please ensure you read the final version of the Supp Regs on the first page of this post.

Those who have already sent an Entry Form do not need to resend, but the new form should be used for entries from now on.

If you want to "share" a car and enter with multiple drivers, each driver will need to be entered and be allocated their own running order position. There will be no swapping in/out of drivers under a single entry as such. If you're really keen, you can enter BOTH the morning and afternoon sessions.

It should be a great day, so I encourage anyone interested to get their entries in soon to be allocated a spot.

I can confirm that anyone already with a CAMS Speed/Non-Speed Competition licence can compete using that.

There will be 3 courses which you will run through twice each (6 runs). We have a "Top Gear" layout that will be run once following these 6 runs, time permitting. The onus is on everyone to be as efficient as possible when arriving, and needing to line-up for their runs, in order to get all the runs through.

If you have the ability to fill in the Entry Form and scan/email it through to [email protected], that will be fine or post it to the address on in the Supplementary Regulations. At a minimum, I need to have a definite reply and payment by the Friday, and the form can be handed-in on the day.
