what time are you heading up there graham ?
i plan to get away about lunchtime on the friday
nostalgia is not what it used to be:
Ian - there was talk a while ago at one of the C&D's about an 11AM meetup at Kalkallo BP. I don't know if thats still happening/planned? I'm heading up on the friday around that time, but in no hurry as I would leave only after traffic dies down - as i'm coming around from chadstone.
Sticker update - they shall all be ready by the end of the week!Everyone - all 3 teams - who requested has stickers are in. Out of 3 teams there were 3 people who requested to do their own.
The only person that I have ordered stickers for without confirmation is Frank Ferrantino. I haven't met him yet, but if someone knows him can they let him know that his race stickers are ordered and not to pannic
Looking forward to the weekend! I'm thinking about washing the dirty Nissan ET - but that's a stretch at this pointmaybe ill pump the tyres up and charge the battery? maybe.
Regards,
Darren.
Hey Ian / Darren.......i'll be heading up on the friday so will probably be looking to do the midday at Kalkallo like we did last year. Even happy to go a little earlier as I see no harm in giving plenty of time to unload and set up etc.......if anyone wants to set a time to meet we can work from there......I know Van and a few others would probably be coming up that time as well so if we want to see off from Kalkallo by say 12.30 we should be up at Winton by 2ish.

Hey Graham, make sure you drive in front of Ian or you might get hit by a bunch of falling race wheels and tyres on the way up !! Sorry, couldn't help myself.
...*laughs*....geez Pete, as if he doesn't feel bad enough about it already!.....and yes I will be sure to drive in front![]()
