...pretty quiet on the old 6HR front. Does this mean everyone is hard at work finishing their cars or are they all ready?
Only 4 weeks to go now!

Just a month out from the AROCA 6 hr. This makes the 7th under our helm and going strong.
The committee's year long hard work will be coming to fruition, with the next 4 weeks being the toughest. I can sense all the teams are hard at it preparing their cars and strategising.
Over 350 participants, about 100 officials and many more expected club members and spectators during the weekend.
Over 70 AROCA members with two teams from NSW.
About 65 Alfa's racing.
A great mix of teams and cars to provide variety for all to see.
14 All Alfa teams with 2 other being Alfa members but driving other makes.
2 Fiat teams
3 MX5 teams
3 Toyota teams
3 Lotus teams
3 Austin Healey Sprite teams
2 Austin Healey teams
2 BMW E30 and 36 teams
2 Shepparton teams
2 Deniliquin teams
2 Triumph teams
1 Ford Escort team
1 Renault Clio team
1 Club Mini team
1 Austin 7 club SA team, driving anything but.
nostalgia is not what it used to be:
and no Winton / Benalla Auto Club team - hmmmmm??? wonder why???
Ahhhh you never stay away for too long do you Big Trev! Now is this a guessing game? I could come up with some fun answers!
I assume the answer to the rhetorical question is because the teams associated with Winton / Benalla Auto Club have some gripe with how the event is run.
Which I don't imagine too many of the Toyota oriented competitors here need to hear about do they? We have a lot of first timers running this year, why spoil their fun with a whole lot of griping?
Now on to the true topic at hand, are you blokes organised and ready to race? You have just three weekends to get that last minute sorting done and dusted!
been circling, just not posting, Ian is a good bloke as are 'some' of the other Toymod people, I kinda like 'some' of them
Yeah, it is a rhetorical question, I don't expect any answers.
Yeah I am pretty much about ready......Rob Roy in a couple of weeks will be good enough to know if the car is sorted and up to scrutineering specs......can't say I will be doing much between now and then though........general look over and nut and bolt check on the parts that need it should see her right....did the oil and filter change on Saturday and all fluids now topped up so bring it on!
........are you missing any of this pre-meet excitement Adam or are you thankful to not be caught up in it?......the old DeTomato was the perfect jump in and drive car so here's hoping the new 'rolla turns out to be much the same.
