hi wilbo i had to order my map sensor the number on it is 89420-24060 or 100798-3400
and the fuel regulater i havent played with it was already plumed up. i had to connect to the fuel return pipe well i think thats wat it is.

Well I would say that your MAP sensor is the problem!
To me it looks as if that part number is for 2JZ-GE (i.e. non turbo), and as a result you are trying to use the wrong MAP sensor.
With the wrong MAP sensor you are telling the engine ECU that you have say ~10psi of boost at idle! As a general rule of thumb more boost = more fuel, and that is why you have a significant overfuelling problem!

The ebay part number you've listed is for a Toyota starlet, I have no idea if it is the same, and personally I'd be getting the right part number.

i have been in contact with the person that sent me the wrong 1 he thinks he must of got mixed up.
he said he will ring me back in the afternoon but he dident .
and i have rang every scrap yard in england lol
i always have the same problem all the time with my cars lol always hard to get parts.
i have a rover ti that i have just fixed because iv only just found the part i needed.
And rover is british lol.

worst case scenario, toyota Aus or NZ should be able to mail one over to you at minimal postage cost (how much toyota wants for the MAP sensor is another thing altogether)

Any non VVTI 1jzgte should work I believe, you can find the part numbers for Jza70, jzx81, etc off www.toyodiy.com
2jzgte is also the same and will work.

thanks bud hard finding any 1jzgte s in england. theres loads of 7mgte supras would the 7mgte map work.
or possibly a skyline map sensor?

7mgte run an air flow meter, so no(except the quite rare grp A...)
