Been getting the car ready for track day on friday. The U beaut oils and brake fluid. WOW! Noticed a little difference with the engine oil but doing the gear oil what came out looked clean as. Thought I had just wasted that? But once I put the new stuff in and a few quick laps of the block. Changes are SO much smoother, Was actually wondering how I was going to do a track day before. Not now, it feels great Still not fast changes but sooooo much smoother.MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.

fixed the oil leak today (i hope) so no i will be bringing both. finney will be driving the sileighty down for me stacked with tools/fluids/spare parts.

Ok, we have the third cabin for thursday. Not for friday so just have to make sure nothing's left in it when we go to the track. Glen, good to hear the car is still in pieces, i was starting to worry we didn't have anybody doing the last minute rush this time and that just wouldn't be right. I removed a disintegrating accessories belt on the weekend and fixed a concerning noise from the engine, so i'm good to go. Car is completely filthy after PI but chances of it getting a wash are probably less than 50%... unless of course it rains on the way down, which from the sounds of it may happen?

Bardin, i'll pm bank details now - steve, haven't seen accom $ yet but will let you know when i do.

Justen, good day yesterday by the sounds of it?? Glad to hear you're itching for it, i am too after last weekend. Fingers crossed on a new PB with the new ratios, hopefully we get some good dry laps in.

Edit: Ok, just checked the forecast - a few showers for Goulburn, which usually means even less out at the track. But pack a jumper!

gonna give mounting the harness eye bolts through the firewall a crack tonight. would be nice to not push myself off the steering wheel under brakes for once
