Ok, list updated - we're at 19 spots and i have to draw the line there. Anyone else in a position to commit immediately let me know and i'll try and get another but at this point i'm calling it closed.

Re accom: a couple of you have been asking if the bunkhouse renos are finished and if we get it - they are finished but we don't get it because whatever this big event is on the weekend has it all booked out all weekend so he won't give it to us friday because they have about double our numbers. We have 2 cabins booked and at this stage, once Steve's money comes through and assuming Bardin's leave is approved, we are full in both of those for thursday and have a couple of spots left for friday.

There is another cabin available if we need it for thursday but we need to confirm it asap (as in today, tomorrow at the absolute latest) - if there's anyone else looking to stay with us on thursday i need to know definately today, otherwise you're banking on steve or bardin pulling out or bringing your own mattress and sleeping on the floor. Also, glen/greg/adub driver's, be aware with 12 of us in 2 cabins a couple of you get to share a double bed with a family member, +1 or "friend" of your choosing.

Be interesting to see where the bunkhouse has ended up, sounds like it might not be so cheap in the future but we'll scope that out for next time when we're down there.

And another reminder (it won't be the last): because of this event over the weekend our track time is finishing 30 mins early, and therefore is also STARTING 30 MINS EARLY ON FRIDAY. That means driver's briefing at 8am for an 8:30am start.
