Woke up to the sound of rain and be seeing a bit of it on the drive down too I think.

AW11s always welcome in my driveway !
Bad day at track > good day at work
Got there at 11 and there was rain, light mist, more rain, drizzle and then some rain to end the day :-P
Lotsa sliding and a few offs.
Havent heard back about celsior yet. Will call in on way home, then look at photos.

"Your car is a little metal death box, and whatever joy you may find on the road is strictly a function of your insane denial of that truth." My denial is indeed, INSANE
For all other times the Celsior of daily duties awaits!
How did the screaming wedge go?
Yeh Vito finally got the car sorted 5 minutes before we were supposed to be off the track. He Got about 15 minutes but came in smiling.
Was a great day in the rain , learnt so much having to nurse the car in the wet. Really helped in getting lines right and staying SMOOTH.
Went off 3 or 4 times and a lot of spins on the track but A GREAT day and SO much track time too. Longest wait to get on was like 5 minutes when someone was in the kitty litter. Think he was the only one that had to get towed out all day.
Been a long day but worth it. Thanks to GT who I didnt meet but did the ground work for this.
yeah, great day for track time. Just looking at my gopro footage, and I had a ~35 minute session (oops).
In total did about 110-120 laps, with lots of fun.
Justen will kill me because his "brown undies" moment got blocked by my a-pillar, but I will attest to exactly how spectacular it was
Hey Phil with the LS1 280zx. Just wanted to say thanks for another great day, but what the hell was going on. Normally we are red flagged every 20mins or so with a break down or someone off the track. Not today though ( maybe due to Roundy not being there - actually I was able to drive my car back onto the trailer also........cause roundy was there to blow it up) Was great when a dry line kind of emerged around midday. We packed up not long after as it looked like it was setting in again.
My mate Mitch (the big fella with his head hanging out of the roof) had a great day, don't think I have ever seen a bigger smile on his face after he come back from a run in my car.
Thanks for you organisation Garth - top day.
^^^^ This guy, hahahahaha.
If in doubt power out
Awesome awesome awesome day! Thanks Garth, looking forward to the next one in March!
Might need some bigger brakes....

Yeah thanks Garth, reserved spots always appreciated. Obviously not the best track weather but any day at the track is better than a day at work.
vid of tailyness...you need to multiply what you see by eleventy to appreciate how taily it was as the camera angle doesn't do it justice. The 'moment' wasn't too bad...'squirrely' i describe it as....but it was pretty sideways. It's at the kink/straight on the last lap (6:00 onwards).
