12s this time. Need to aim for 11s next time haha as confidence increased so did wheel spin and my inability to get of the limiter in second haha

Unless you are an expert pedaller (and I'm not saying you're not ), street tyres will be your limiting factor, no matter wide they are under those massif guards

You will be blown away by the difference even switching to a Mickey Thompson ET Street in a smaller width than you have now.

Go get 'em!

Haha I know but my goals are to get there in full street trim and street tyres on the 19s.

I'm about to order a set of rears and debating about getting a set of the michelin pilot sport semi slick as I can get them in a 345.

I also have a set of 16s for MTs but I want to hit tye target first

Come on Nath...i did my 11.7 on a baby 18x45x245 full street tyre and a shit one at that ....drop the pressures to stupid low eg 18psi

from memory ,still had slicks on spare wheels in the back,obviously needed to carry some extra weight in the arse for traction.

Surely building a heavy car with 500 jiggawatts, then trying to make it dance on tyres not meant for the purpose is like a heavyweight boxer trying to fight in Michael Jackson gloves?
