Hmmm very interesting!! With stock retainers and springs aswell.

If you dont mind me asking, what ecu is he using?

runs and sounds awesome, drives like a dream... im totally going 272's in my car, unless anyones got a direct comparison saying they can feel 264's kick in earlier and giving a better mid range on the street..

otherwise, im happy! ... btw was with standard springs and retainers, absolutely tears tyres off in third.. loves it

heng i put an ems stinger in, its just a street driven car so it didnt need a "top shelf" ecu, itll probly see the drags a few times and never again.. i myself tho am going to run 272's in my 1jz with a 35r for 22psi and im gunna run it with a vipec ecu, antilag and launch control, excellent 3d mapping ability, cold and hot tuning, its a great ecu and my tuner (sean at all star garage) recommends them over anything..

well like i said.. unless anyone can actually prove 264's give better power results..

after reading the supra forums link above, i think i may have just changed my mind to putting in wild 264's ?? what do you guys think after that read

Isnt the SF thread enough proof for you?

Or would you prefer someone with a butt dyno to comment?
