you'll need all the usual sensors to run megasquirt (TPS, Coolant temp, Air-temp, MAP - part of the ECU anyway) as well as the CAS. How you use the CAS is in part determined by your ignition setup (waste-spark only really needs one trigger wheel but growing numbers have used the factory CAS as-is and used one of the single-tooth wheels as the sync/home signal).
There's a few folks who have got 4AGZE's running:

plus you could probably use a turbo configuration and then decide how to control the S/C clutch & associated bypass valve.
There's plenty of folks that have got the 4AGE engine running. Some examples here as well: http://www.diyautotune.com/tech_arti...toyota_mr2.htm
The CAS issue - the VR sensors in particular - is an issue for some people whereas as others (self included) have not had issues with those kinds of crank angle sensors.
Would suggest you read up on the manual (then re-read as often as you can) and also delve into the thread here:

edit: that advert you put up is for a basic ECU only - you'd still have to buy sensors (or configure it to use the stock sensors), make a loom, then tune it. Much cheaper to buy a unit from diyautoune or similar.
