VG40 Century, Is the tail shaft central to diff?
Looking at getting a G series diff for the AE86 and have found a VG40 one online and want to know if the tail shaft is in the middle of the diff or if its offset like the R31 skyline one for example?
I'm not sure how much difference this being off centre will make to me or if its the norm and I just haven't been exposed to it. If it is off centre will it matter with a 2 piece shaft?

When I ask if its central to the diff I mean as a whole diff housing.
