bypass neutral start switch sv21 camry

just done a manual conversion and i need to bypass the NSS on my sv21
does any one have any ideas i have 4 wires to the plug

can you take a pic of the plug with the wires showing dude?

there where 4 wires 2 big and 2 small the big ones you gotta hard wire together and insulate.
The small are for the reverse lights im gonna join them and follow them up the loom the wire to reverse switch
