i had suscess with 1k and 330ohms resistors boosted to 16psi seems to go good, will get it on the dyno soon
yeah mate cool, i did check the voltage before at the fcd and was 2.6-7v on both sides of the map wires, that was just with the car off, i have a bike pump with a fitting and a boost gauge so i will hook that upto the map sensor and check the voltage. good thinking was also considering to try and test it while boosting but doing it in the garage will be easier![]()
should of it worked with a 830 and 330? i had that in on the way home and it hit the boost cut just before 15psi and engine check light came on for few seconds...

Has anyone had problems with the engine stalling with the addition of the FCD?
I assembled my jaycar fcd, I installed a 1k pot in place of the 680r resistor so I can adjust it, set it to 1300-1400 ohms and max output voltage of 4.33v = 12ish psi. The unit works fine and I can boost to 16psi no problems. But the map sensor signal seems to be dirty now... The car is jerky at low throttle, and stalls at warm idle...
My ground is good and 12v input is good, so I figure its something to do with my circuit, anyone else have these problems?
