From the markings inside my helmet, I think it was made in 1995...
so if they actually have a close look at my helmet, I might not be able to race!!

Anyone got a spare helmet they can bring down? - size M or bigger

Bring it down anyways, if they do look at it (they've never looked at mine) plead ignorance and they'll prolly let you off (I've seen worse let off on a 'one time occasion'). Worst thing that happens? You need to go grab a refund and you can only watch.

Just make sure its nice and clean beforehand so it looks newer then it is. Hint: put it on the rear seat or somewhere inconvenient to get at, but where they can still see you have it.

I've got a bunch of photos and videos, uploading to photobucket now.

I'll dump them in here as pics, and links for the vid's.

Looks like a few where fuzzy but i had the shakes a bit.

Overall you all looked fairly consistent. Except for a certain Soarer driver but at least his skidz where consistent For stomps to run a 14 with a fucked computer was a good effort. Fastest time i saw was a 14.52 from stomps and we all know Tristan did the fastest times for our guys with consistent 11's all night.

Fastest I ended up running was.a 13.8 @ 177kph

Yeah..lol @ my car's traction.. The fastest run consisted of skids off the line, followed by skids in 2nd gear, skids in 3rd for a bit..then a great hookup in 4th..

I think the difference to the other runs was getting traction in 3rd earlier...and not just baking it all the way until 4th...

I honestly reckon if the guy let me do a proper skid rather than waving me forward after 5 seconds it would have gotten more grip... Those tires seemed to respond well to skids..
