I hear the TiAL are good though can't really say much about the GFB unit as not as many people use them so less feedback. Stick with the products you know and ones recommended by them using them.

GFB's are still good, I have a mate on his (nowneverdrivenduetobuyingacommodore) r32gtr, he has used a GFB boost controller and gate and they haven't let it down...
