HKS 540cc injectors
with E85 should i go 1000cc injectors just in case i ever want to run it, or just stick 800cc in keep to 98?
and FPR? Sard ones both seem to be the same other then one is said to higher power systems? how high power we talking? or should i pay the extra?
BTW i will be getting a new fuel rail to and new fuel lines
(fuel line upgrade is free due to a workshop damaging old one so they are paying for it )

I think the hks 3036 is similar/same as garrett gt3076r.

how much power you after with your fuel system ?
your current setup should be fine for that turbo unless you do go to e85
then you need another fuel pump and prob 1000cc inj

well currently the 540cc injectors are maxed out. that is why i'm thinking of the upgrade and im at a tad over 300kw at 16psi, still have a lot more boost left in it. i think i will stick to 800cc injectors a fuel rail and fuel reg this should do me in till and if i ever want to go E85.
i guess i should clean things up the mods is what i already have + more, i'm stuck between injector size and also what FPR to get and what to look for in one as there are two version Sard ones both seem to be the same other then they say one is for bigger power.

hmmm coz i have 530 cc injectors on my 1j with std fuel pressure reg and gt3076r
making 315rwkw on 19psi and dont think they are maxed yet as tuner didnt mention it
said for more power need e85 1000cc inj and another pump + 25psi, then that will be limit of the turbo
My injectors are at 90% duty cycle according to my autronic
i will just go 800cc injectors and im making close to same power as you on 16psi
once E85 is at every fuel stop then i will look at going to it but atm with only like 8 places in Melbourne with it and me driving to al ot of race tracks in the bush there is no point me running e85 and 800cc injectors i have been advised is good for 400rwkw and i should not be close to that![]()

800cc sounds like it will be enough for you application, and will max out the fuel pump (and might be a little bit over the fuel pump's capacity depending on your target boost level and the fuel pumps flow vs pressure curve)
I'll throw in that my personal experience with the sard 800cc side feeds hasn't been fantastic and I'd go with something else next time (If you're thinking of the sard 800cc's), something like the injector dynamics 725cc's which are much better characterised (even if you do have to stuff around converting to top feed rail)

I was going to just use the SARD 800cc as i get it as a package Sard fuel rail,fuel reg and 6 injectors plus fuel reg gauge for under 1000 at my door
target boost levels are around 26psi with meth injection so i might have to go 1000cc injectors but i don't know as i don't want power over 400rwkw if i got that high i would be shocked on my small turbo but been told i could run a lot more if i want to as the turbo is rated at something like 29psi
with meth injection i might have to run bigger injectors just to make up for the extra boost and so forth i can run, MMMM well it is 20 past 1 in the morning and i have work in the morning so i better hope off and let this do my head in tomorrow
