    Default Microtech lt10 + x4 igniter into a ae93 gti 4agte help

    Hey can't seem to find help on this, apparently I'm ment to leave half the connecters plugged into my STD ecu so my dash works and splice the rest

    I'm looking to run 4AGTE with a DLI sensor and 4 coils on plug with a Microtech LT10s and x4 igniter

    Do you have the microtech wiring diagrams? Just connect up the necessary parts (CAS, injectors, coils etc.) and leave the rest as is (Alternator wiring, oil pressure sender etc). One that you might need to work on is the tachometer.

    I have stripped my entire engine loom, but still retained most of the dash functionality.

    dont i just connect the tach through the output on the microtech?

    Depends. I will be finding out in the near future. I suspect that the microtech puts out a 0-5V wave form, while the tachometer may require 0-12V. Again, there is info on this forum on how to make a controller from a relay to convert to the appropriate waveform. It depends on your cars tacho though. Sorry I can't be any more help than that.
