    Default Strange Elec problem MR2

I'm chasing what appears to be an earth leak. When I turn my headlights on they go incredibly dim and the indicator lights come on on the dash on the inside of the car but not outside. When I turn the indicators on they work but the front left Parker fires instead of the indicator.

Need to check all earth points with a multimeter and make sure there is no voltage drop anywhere

I had similar problem on customer's car before where it been hit in the front fender. What happen was wires inside the fender got damage and shorting out somewhere. Also had the turn signal on the dash but nothing out side. In the end I traced the wire and repair & insulate them and all fixed. Hope that would help some how and good luck with it.

Check all your ground points. Download a wiring diagram for your car and use the wiring layout to find them all.
