whats the stachel of stuff you get with the arp studs?

is there any point using more torque on a std head gasket?
i am going to be using a single turbo and wouldnt mind running alittle more boost

The satchel is the molly lube. They recommend you use it, its good grey shit. IMO i think you should use a little more torque on the std hg, definately because you are using a single and more boost, also whats the point of having arp's and using standard torque settings.

I think arp said in the box go to 80, and always torque in increments, make sure there is also I little lube between the nut and washer because that's where most of the preload is

so how many people on here actually have used these studs with either metal or std gasket and to what torque setting. what i'm really trying to ask is, is 47ft lbs on the head studs enough with std head gasket..
i want to run a single turbo with more boost. should i retorque it up more now or will that be enough until the first retorque?

ask hypo23 what torque he uses mate.
But stock clamping will be fine for the single, I along with many others have run 20+ psi with stock HG and bolts.

After the 1000km mark torque it down a bit more to your desired level.

What is its diameter & thread size?
I'd like to see what's in their torque table.

I don't know which of the 3 grades listed in their table was sent to you.
Your '50ish' should have been OK even on the lowest of the 3, and even if it was over tightened, it should have shown some stretching/deformity before snapping off. Your threads don't look stretched at all.
