what diff did you go for in the end mate?

its an altezza housing that is being machined to fit larger bearings with a locker in it and a ma61 crown and pinon that is being relaped. the ratio is 3.7:1 insted of the 4.1 or 4.3 that you usually get with altezza's not sure how long it will last but it will be much more predictable than the open center that is in it at the moment. And now i have a few bits and peices to play with and an extra housing so if it blows I can wack the stock one back in it.

ill put the new corolla up on the rollers too, should be at least 50kw this time

Yeah me too but the wife arranged a catch up with some old friends that I haven't seen in a few years so unfortunately that trumps JDM fest.

Frosty is back and angry as ever. The GT4 is still limping. Trying to decide on whether I am prepared to wait for a second hand ST205 cooler or bin the setup in favour of a front mount.

The car is cop bait at present, I just don't need the agro basically. Was hoping to get the SC under a bulge/scoop but ain't gonna happen I can get it better but not street legal, which isn't much of an issue for me seeing i don't drive it on the street much

The BA one kinda does the job and looks OK but will still be bits poking thru it i don't think you can get the SC under anything that will look half decent so may as well leave it poking out?
