Default MA61 and RA65 Power Steering pump lines

Right, on the MA61 i have a RA65 power steering line hooked up directly to the side of the pump. This eliminates the idle up valve which they normally have there.

Now i remember when i did this on the MX83 the idle up valve was connected to something else, but i cant quite remember where it was, or how it was connected, and especially as power steering pumps are relatively boring no-one else has photos of them

Anyone know how its connected on the MX83 or if there is a way i can adapt my 2JZ pump for idle up?

JZZ30 use a setup that works well.

You can see that there is a part that the PS Idle Up Valve screws into 44413-14090...

If you've used banjo fittings for the PS line this will be able to just go in series with the right banjo bolt...

Or if you have used a PS line with a flare (I.e. RA6x) what I have done in the past is welded a suitable banjo bolt to a cutdown section from a PS pump (Acquire section from PS pump from wreckers).

On the acquired PS pump fitting if you keep the section of the part that screws into the PS pump that has the internal thread and the flare seat and chop the thread off and weld it to the banjo bolt and then drill through the banjo bolt (hole doesn't go all the way through...) this will give you a banjo bolt (needed for the JZZ30 PS idle up section) with provision to bolt up the flared PS line...

This is what I've done on my JZ conversions with RA6x PS lines
