The dash is ok for ipra,i believe em cars are allowed to have this sort of thing... i have seen much more cut up than ours!!!! The door trims i do know i need to chAnge, i do know the corona u r talkin bout, dave youls car, i dont wanna go turbo cause i wanna stay u2l. Wat sort of power is your 18rg making willofan????? I agree the 18 will be better for torque,
The cams regs straight from the manual,
13.3 Instruments: Instruments are free, but the original dash must remain. Any holes in the dash resulting from the removal of instruments must be neatly closed by the addition of a closing panel. Where possible, all replacement instruments must be mounted in the dash where the original instruments were situated.
13.4 Carpet and interior trim: Floor carpet and associated “underfelt”, roof lining and interior trim down to the lower edge of the windows, and consoles on the transmission tunnel may be removed. All other padding, quilting and interior trim must be retained as original. It is permitted to reupholster components of interior trim.

I've put an 18RG in a KE35 before. Just had to fab up engine mounts and gearbox cross member, and convert clutch pedal. It went well but if your racing I have to agree with the others, a 4AGE would give you a better balanced car, and its a fair bit smaller, but thats something for you to decide.
It doesn't look overly pretty. There wasn't much space for the aircleaners between the carbs and the brake booster. I got the engine cheap enough and it was a bit of fun.
