If you have a side elevation picture of the pistons I can tell you how strong they are likely to be.

Crown thickness and ringlands look really good, however those valve reliefs aren't so good. Those are likely to be the weak points if you get it into a lean condition. I'd say the margin may be a little slim for the HP you're chasing.
For that HP, I'd assume you are looking at decent rods as well? Those stock rods look terrible - they'll banana no question at all.

The stock 5E-HFE rods are stronger than the 4E-FTE rods which are good for a decent amount of power.

No, but remember it is a 1.5L engine.
The HFE rods can get decent numbers for a engine of that capacity.
