You need to go
Pump -> Filter -> 2 Feeds to Rail -> Rail -> One outlet to Fuel Pressure Regulator back to tank.
You can also have two fuel filters, two pumps etc and then go to the rail, but regardless you need two feeds to the rail. The fuel pressure regulator comes off the rail and goes back to the tank. The FPR isn't before the rail
It also depends on if you are talking about 1JZGTE or 2JZGTE.
This is my dual feed rail for 2JZGTE.
I drilled and tapped the 'spare' end (Left looking at the pic). And I also tapped where the stock fuel pressure regulator goes and ran off to my SARD ragulator.
