Does anyone know if there is any diffirence between a na and a turbo 2jz cylinder head for a jza80 (non variable cam timining)?? Any help asap much appreciated. Also does anyone have a set of standard 2jzgte rods for sale? Or any 2jzgte parts for sale. Thanks

Yep, they are different.
Intake ands exhaust port shape and size, intake and exhaust stud patterns, NA head has a hole for the dizzy, TT head has a spot for the cam angle sensor. Cams are different - TT intake cam has knobs for cam angle sensor, NA exhaust cam has gear drive for the dizzy.

rods are same from ge to gte pistons are different due to compression.

titan motorsport have after market rods on special 715 usd plus postage.

unless your going for 1000 rwhp the factory rods will be fine.

petespipes was selling 1.5jz package a while back with stock 2jz-gte rods IIRC. May check to see if it has sold and if he will seperate.
