That is, the pressure at the port will be less negative when the valve opens, due to the positive pressure already in the runner. Just a guess of course

Having equal flow into each intake is the ideal, and if I remember rightly, there was a small Toyota a few years back, that had a fabricated intake manifold very similar to yours.

Yes, it's turbo charged and supercharged (twin-charged), where the turbo pumps air into the supercharger via the throttle body. From the SC into the intercooler.

The flow simulation video was done for an intended turbo engine. I don't know if there was an ability for the software to allow for higher than atmospheric pressure, but I doubt it would actually make a difference.

The manifold design you've posted is similar and Chev used a similar manifold on 1 of their 4 cylinder twin cam 16 valve engine years ago.
But if you look at the upper and lower paring of runners, they aren't done in the same way that I have, they are paired vertically, mine are paired horizontally. And I did it the way I did, purely to reduce any potential robbing effect of adjacent runners (hence the internal divider that you can't see).

Quite a few moons ago, there was also a mega buck quad turbo V8 chev powered thing (corvette maybe) that utilised similar design inlet manifolds. Can't remember how it was paired though.

May or may not have been in zoom.

THIS is part of the reason why ITBs are superior... when properly set.

    ouch !
yes i have a basic working knowledge of carburettors
"venturi effect " is the experiment ,putting a restriction in to see what happens
venturi is the part in your ( grandads ) carb named in his honour .

how do i get a fail for pointing out that all ports need not be big and round ??????
big ups to people who do experiments with their own time and money

im gonna go weld some shit now
