Ive extended the thread towards the rack on a tierod before.
I just put the tierod in a vice, then used a die to cut more thread.
Took some time, but was quite easy.
so i have a problem basically my castor is maxing out at around 2 degrees,
i want around 4 at least but 6 or 7 would be awesome,
problem being as castor is applied toe out it caused which means the tierods are wound IN,
now they are wound in as far as they will go with standard rack ends and tierods,
so i need rackends shorter or with more inwards thread, below is a pic of a factory one (a little bent)
i need the thread to go further towards the ball joint,
anyone have any ideas or had the same problem?
takai any mastermind ideas?

thickness is mostly different tho
This is for your ST141 yeah?
XT130 control arms to bring the track out, thus eliminating your too-short tierods issue.
Extend the thread on the castor rod
Do a skid.
If you still have issues with your tierods AJPS do some aftermarket ones which have more adjustment outwards, you'd have to get in touch with him whether they adjust inwards further.
EDIT: you said the thickness differs on the castor rod? If so, measure up some XT130 castor rods to make sure they're the same length then extend the thread yo.
