Why does it need to be a rear hub?
ST20# Celica had 55mm centre bore for the rotor, but are 5 stud (5x100)
So basically, I want a hub on the front of my AW11 with a 55mm centre bore to make things easy for me and I don't feel like mucking around with hub rings/machining/etc. Does anybody know if any rear hubs from something like an AE101 Corolla are similar/bolt on or could be made to fit with minimal effort?
The above opinion is just that - my opinion. It is not shared by any business that I am currently or have previously been involved with, nor any of their employee's.

I assumed rear hubs would be more similar to front hubs considering you're going from a FWD to a RWD setup.
I wish to keep my stud pattern, I just need to change the centre bore.

Why do you need to change your centre bore for, and what is the stock centre bore to start with?
The stock centre bore is 54/54.1mm. To use the rotors and calipers I want to run (being absolutely bolt on, no machining or making of spacers required), I need a 55mm centre bore. Yes, I could get a 1mm hub ring made up but if I can swap to the correct hub to begin with my job is even easier.

I'm guessing ST20# something then.
Check out the AW11 brake upgrade thread, this may have been covered.
Your best (and cheapest) option is to have the centre bore of the rotor machined out to 57/58mm & have a 3/4mm spacer ring made up to fit.
There's no way anyone will be able to make up a 1mm version for you.
Apart from this, you're going to have to find a hub with the correct bearing (which you'll need new ones of ($200), replacement hubs (maybe $50 if you're lucky), getting those hubs redrilled for the right stud pattern ($100).
Starting to add up.
A little extra expense up front (actually could be a lot) could involve getting 2 piece rotors with the hats that suit your car matched to the rotors
I have already found somebody who will make the hub rings for me for less than $60, including fitting them. I am not interested in something that required machining, as it just wastes time and if I crack a rotor on a track day I want to be able to buy something off the shelf to fit.. I am merely asking if any other hubs are similar (I know for a fact all AE101+ Corolla's have a 55mm centre bore and 4x100 up to the ZRE) and can be made to fit, saving me some hassle.
