lol dude, your having problems with your wheels hitting the calipers.
this is a result of those particular wheel having too high of an offset.
if u had the same wheels, then to get them to fit u would need a lower offset. if u had +50's on yoru current wheels they would sit on the other side of the caliper ( obviously not possible, but theoretical)
therefore your problem is that your particular wheels have ttoo high of an offset
dont explain to me how offsets work, when its clear u dont understand it yourself properly.
and as far as your wheels sitting outside the gaurds with 5mm spacers.
u gotta be kidding me
my mate has 18x9.5 +30 on the front of his aristo and fits flush (no issue)
your 19x8's would need to have an offset of +11 to be the same as his wheels.
as u have stated, yoru rims have an ofset of +38, therefore u would need 27mm spacers to have issues with outside clearance.
each wheels spoke design and clearance is different, therefore comparing offsets to different wheels is pointless and wrong.
your aussie koyo's have a poor spoke and clearance design, hence why even tho they have a lower offset than standard, they are still too high of an offset ( for those particular wheels) for the aristo
