Can you get at it from underneath? There are four bolts and I am pretty sure that they are 12mm.
And have you taken off the supercharger? The top of the sc is held by the inlet manifold.
with a 4agze in a front wheel drive corolla, how do you undo the bolts on the underside of the inlet manifold? do you have to take out the motor or can it be done with the motor in the car? Also, how many bolts are there?

No, you dont need to take the intake manifold off. You can simply take off the top mounts of the SC and the four bolts on the back of the throttle body. The rest is the same as usual, only you take the intake manifold as well. Beware though it completely unbalances everything though., the back end will drag it back a bit.
