Righto.. so final meet point will be BP Calder. 7am for a 7.30 sharp departure? Or 7.15am departure?
the BP seems to be the most popular
as they have coffee, witch helps in the final process of waking up
i plan on getting to eltham maccas about 6:30 meeting paul , and be at the BP Calder about 7 am
some are meeting at doncaster maccas
hopefully they will swing by eltham and we will go on the ring rd from there

hecate cresta might get bumped for not being classic enough...
does any one know what time cars are allowed to leave the grounds?
Thanks Ian, i will do my best to get there, thats pretty early though !! .. Is that the Macca's on the corner of Bridge St & Bolton Rd ? ...
Adam has got me thinking, is there a cut off Year as far as what they will let into the parking / display area ...
Regards ..
Rob ..
have a look at the website.. it talks about being a show for classics, vintage, etc.. and states that even though some of the late model cars are classics, they are generally only allowed in as part of a club display.
so if you go in with all the toyotas there is some chance i would think... but if they are knocking back late model hsv's etc, what chance a late model toyota. not trying to rain on the parade, but i know supra1978 had issues getting his ma46 for a few years. not last year though.
if we all assemble together and have our money together etc etc
they wont discriminate
its when a later model car wants to gain entry in to the display later in the day , say 10 am onwards they tend to fob them off , i heard that a nice street rod couldnt get in, as he fronted after 10 am , i think that it is more a safety issue with them having cars trying to get through crowds
i cant stress enough about the importance of all going through the one gate together that way we get directed to the footy ground and once there we can spread out a bit so we can save a couple of spaces thats what we have done in the past , if you noticed we were the largest group of one make cars together , although there we a ship load of mustangs and early fords they were all over the place
