i also noted that if someone has already been infracted for a post, the "RED CARD/YELLOW CARD" button is removed. This is pretty good, and it stops someone being infracted to oblivion just for one bad post.

Pretty happy with the work lads.

Infractions are still pretty useless in my opinion.

I gave out 1 point, that expires in 3 days, a person could leave the thing they were infracted for, and nothing can be done about it. They could even break so many rules, and still not hit any kind of ban as the expiry is too short.

Just like 2 other people in this thread, one left it there (infracted early Nov) and only just removed it a few days ago, and the other (infracted early Nov) still has left it there.

The infractions system is still in its early days and we had no idea how much people would use it. As such we started out pretty soft on the penalty points and short on the days they applied for.

That being said they are currently under review and things like the signature rule breach infraction is getting a largeincrease for exactly the reason you mentioned. We didn't want to start harsh and get called hitlers but your right. what we have now is not right yet.

As Rod said, I was kind of expecting to give users a new toy and some users would actively seek out things like sig violations and infract them into oblivion.

Assuming that the facination would wear off the time frames would be altered.

It is however encouraging to see that generally the club members are using it as intended

Infraction points for all non instant ban offences are now 10 points each.

ie 2 strikes and you're on holiday for 2 weeks
