    Default ST162 Coilovers maybe ST184??

i've searched a bit around the forums,

i've read that ST185 fits the ST165 front end, but thats about as far ar it goes, or does it?

do they have the same top plate/mount it's not a problem to knock out the studs and drill new ones..

through my own bits of comparing.. side by side the ST162 shocks, and the AE92/101/111 shocks have the same (or 99% close to it) dimentions, aside from the celica being a little fatter, and the rear swaybar tab, every so gently needs to be 'manipulated' a little bit just changing the angle.. not much.. just a few mm.. coilovers on the other hand

then just need to redo the top plates with the ST162 bolt pattern, or is there the much simpler way of ISC, or what ever now making a set of coilovers for the ST162?

    cheers.

anyone know if ST184 coilovers will fit in??

the front camber plates look like the have the same PCD (it's about 113mm hole centres, in an equalateral triangle)

just need to confirm the rears.. anyone have a pic of a rear ST184 strut top?

yep, that all works with the ST185 - ST165..

they actually make coilovers for the ST184 now.. so i was wondering if they could be put into the ST162...

hopefully the rain will hold off, so we can get to the wreckers on the weekend!
