Default 1jz sard fuel rail (missing a piece from kit)

i just bought a sard rail to suit 1jz and the bloke has lost one of the spacer things that goes in the inlet manifold assumeably to adapt from a thicker side feed stock injector to a skinnier top feed

does anyone know if u can buy these individually or even a set of 6 - or shoul di resort to just getting one machined up

also, not sure if this is an older style or all sard rails for the 1jz only have two bolts to hold it on but mine only has 1 feed and 1 return + a port for a guage... was plannign to run dual fees so will it matter if i tap another -6 fitting in the centre of the rail?

Cant you run duel feeds at either end and then the return in the middle and have the pressure regulator and gauge on the return line.
Im pretty sure you can buy the collars separate from rhdjapan but it would be easier to get one machined here.
