unkown plugs jzx81

anybody know what these plugs ARE OR DO. i put a jzx81 engine and auto box into my cressida and starting on the wiring and these plugs have no where to go??

first plug comes from the rear of the auto box loom its a 3 pin plug

second plugs comes from intake side of 1jz near fusebox.

the second plug is for a relay, starter relay from memory.

First plug looks like gearbox speed sensor.

hey cruzida where does this plug go? and is it needed to make the box work? and also jp is that relay plug needed?
