im no expert on the cressida but looking at your parts list your probly also going to need the pedal box with a manual brake and a manual clutch pedal, also have you got your self the clutch master and slaves cylinders?... you said lines i just thought id clarify

and with the front part of the tailshaft you should be fine using the factory rear part...

There are plenty of threads concerning this so i suggest you have a look first.

You are going to find that the MA70 pedals wont fit and work properly without some modification, I cant say for certain that the line will fit either. You will need the front half of the tailshaft off a A70/Z20 that had the same trans you are looking to install, as you have not mentioned that. You will need the rearmost of the non-external W5x shifter positions (ie. not the JZA80), the A70/Z20 is only 1" further forward of this so is till suitable if you have one of those.

Parts from a factory manual X8 (most common one referred to is a GX81 fitted with a 1G-GTE) are still available from Toyota and may be comparible in price.

Apart from that, all other stuff that is required in an auto to manual conversion will be needed, i have only told you specifics for your conversion in particular.
