    Make sure they plot hp, torque and AFRs.

    Then stick an exhaust on it and get it dyno'd again
    Must.... avoid.... urge... to... upgrade... parts I haven't.... used.... yet.....

    Yup, I'm going to go with the crowd here and say the best, most economical and well-proven path would be:

    Exhaust
    Boost controller
    intake system (with CAI, of course)
    Interceptor like SAFC, Jaycar, etc...

    After that you start making major mods for more power...
