A friend of mine has obtained himself a press pass for this event and he has asked me to let you all know that if you would like 'special attention' given to your car to let him know prior to you lining up. His name is Jamie (Jazz), he's a big guy (tall with monkey like arms) and will have lots of camera gear.

so i thought i'd have a look at my helmet. it is not ancient.. It has AS1698 which i gather is no longer current, but it does also say snell DOT approved with Feb 2006 below it. Because of the latter am i still good?
