Wot year model hi lux diff have i got

Hey every one havnt been on here for a while just finished my hilux diff for the celica but one of the axels doesnt look the flashest and i would like to find another but have since found out all of the widths are not the same From memory (Foggy) its 1370 its the one thats just a bit shorter than the factory ra23 one that doesnt need cutting down does any one know wot year this came out of as im over talking to wreckers its just to hard for them to get a tape measure out and im pretty sure half of them cant read anyways thanks for any help

RN25 I believe is the short diff, not sure on years but vaguely recall it being pre 1980.

sounds RN20-25 to me. if you can't find one of these early hiluxes i beleive you can get the axles out of an rn40-41 and grind the length of the axle down a bit each side to fit. the sprinter boys do it with their t series axles and don't have problems
