GA61 gearbox question

hi everybody. time for my random questionings;

which one of the above shifter positions does a ga61 celica/supra have standard?

on a similar note...... can you swap the shifter housing from box too box? like say you bought a MA70 W58 and you want to fit the shifter housing from a W55 that its replacing?

Non remote boxes pretty easy.

Remote shifter boxes need a hole drilled and tapped. (As per one of Norbies post)
