The Celsior would roughly be the same weight, and city driving easily nets 14L/100km.

yeah I get 13ish litre per 100km around town, but it worse now that I work closer to home

    12l/100 on the open road.

63 litres gets me around the 480-500km mark

    550ish on a trip

Seriously Cuzzo replace the sensor, JoJo mentioned the same fuel economy problem in the Celsior dedicated thread. Replaced the Temp sensor, and all was returned to normal. I had the same problem, and the sensor replacement fixed it, used 40 litres to get from Canberra to Dubbo after.

    Just to update guys.

Found a larger restriction with the small air filter that was on it. I put a large (pod) airfilter on it and it revs hard now, all the way to redline and changes good.

Economy is still a bit average. I replaced the water temp sensor, full service including auto and diff. Seems to be going alot better now. Dont know economy cause the speedo stopped working...

    Not one thing its another!

Best part is that if you do get that, your fuel gauge will read full all the time
