4age head tension

looking for the specs to tension a head on a 4age bigport
need the specs for the cam caps also

head torque 22ft lb / 29 Nm torque head bolts evenly
then 90 deg on all bolts
then another 90 deg
This is the factory torque for new bolts.
If you are re using the old bolts it should say what torque to do them to on the carboard that comes with the new head gasket.
They are a stretch bolt. but i no of people including myself who have re used them in the past with no prob

ARP studs 60 ft lb

cam caps are 9 ft lb / 13 nm I do mine to 15 nm cos i use
hks valve springs.
