Default Fuel pump not getting power

fuel pump is not getting power. i'm guessing it has to be the relay or fuel pump resistor?? but i have no idea where these are. anyone know about these or if it could be anything else. i had problems with the starter motor kicking over, after about 20 turns of the key the fuel pump stopped working and hasn't come on since. this is in my cressida mx83 which has a microtech.

anyone know of a good auto electrican around central coast?

Could be a burnt out fuel pump. What was the level of the fuel in the tank ?
