if you post a pic it might help, also depends on your application.

on mine, there are two little bits that stick out right next to each other that face towards my engine (2t). i have one blocked off and the other goes to my dizzy advance.

that said there are many more people out there with heaps more knowledge than me who will probably be able to tell you where each one goes exactly.

my recommendation: post a pic of your engine bay and the carby cos without knowing the application there is only so much advice people can give.

Hook it up to something that needs vacuum.

If you can't find anything, block it off.

    Hi mate

Its been a long time since I had a celica with the same webber on it, but back then i had no idea and a mate just said to block up all loose vac lines/hoses and it worked.. though I'm sure now that it wasn't the correct way but still went hard!!

Is that a fuel return line blocked up? If so probably best to have it returning.

btw looks like you may need a rocker cover gasket and its real easy to do yourself.

Yeah hook ur fuel return line back up,

Also my Weber is pretty much identical to yours, except I only have 1 vaccum option on that side of the Weber, and mine runs to the dizzy advance,

If anything block the 1 that is hooked up now and run a line to your dizzy advance from th other 1 and see how it goes.
