supplier of 4 age rebuild kits

Hi All

Ive decided to go with the 4 age conversion in the Rona speedway car..

where do you suggest to get a quality full rebuild kit from and any rough idea of price.

I have a suprs 5 speed and a cast iron box that im currently running ( hilux they tell me ?)
Which will be the easist to convert onto the 4AGE.

Most reputable suppliers should be able to supply you with a rebuild kit. I like the ACL gear, they've got much smoother edges than an oem piston. Expect to pay $800 - 1000 for a full gasket set, new pistons and rings, main and rod bearings and thrust washers.

Either of your gearboxes need a custom bellhousing to run with a 4AGE. Dellows sell them for around $600 I think. Probably cheaper to get a T50 box from an AE71/AE86, but they aren't as strong as a W box.
