Update: I should have a quote on the billet thrust bearing and retainer by Thursday and the shift forks by Friday.
Shift forks maybe a bit over the estimate due to the complexity of the design of the 1-2 fork. Installing the shift forks is an easy DIY if you know how to seperate a gearbox. Instructions here: http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Librar....aspx?S=MT&P=1
Very easy to DIY with basic hand tools. Some older R154's had a T45 torx socket instead of an allen socket to hold the ball and spring in place, but still the same concept to take apart and put back together.
A thrust bearing and retainer install does require the use of either Toyota SST tools (imposible to get) or some improvised gear pullers and a hydro press.
Shifer forks are the same for all R154 geaboxes
