18rg turbo

been thinking about wacking on a turbo to the 18rg ( carbie) n wanted to know the pros n cons of this situation...

and i do belive you can get more power out of a carbie turbo

would like to know the best way to go about it
best parts to use as this will be a little backyard project

Go for it man, some people say yes to it and others say no, but it all good fun, and you can get away with not spendin a lot of money on it too, well i have so far.

i found it good fun makin up all the stuff for it to, yeah like some things were a pain in the arse but you get that with all things. oh im doin it to a 3TC to not a 18rg, but similer stuuff.

but i have been taking advice from my cousins and the best thing to do is buy a van and deck it out with all the tools i need and hopefully (in the next 5-10yrs) turn my celica into a nice strip car or a horsepower hero with mini tubs 4 link rear and the heart is still yet to be choosen..
