You want dimensions of the overall sticker?? I'll measure up when I get a chance. The brake booster item is on foil, and the 'embossing' is actually stamping. A stamping kit can be purchased from SuperCrap for very little outlay.

Actually, I will measure all of the stickers, but instead of measuring the shrunk sticker, I will measure the outline of where it used to be stuck to

I will have a look for a jacking sticker. Is this meant to be on the jack itself, or on the car somewhere?? If so, where??

Dimensions. All dimensions are H X W in mm and taken from the sticker's 'shadow' from a time before they shrunk. Brake booster sticker takes curvature into account.
    Tyre placard - 40 X 73.5
    Tuning - 79 X 123.5
    Emissions connection (has the diagram) - 123.5 X 100
    Brake Booster - 27 X 70

    Hope that helps.

    Thanks Owen
    All Good,

I am only guessing there is a jacking sticker as most cars I have owned had one, maybe the RA doesnt have one.

Different sizes, yay, I'd have to make it from scratch.
Are there other types out there? i.e. 18R-C (B)?

Just wondering if we could agree on one size/layout (like the one I've already made )
and fit the info to match?

I am getting samples of the sticker material this weekend both the plastic film & foil.

A cutter needs to be made up to cut the sticker this is a one-off cost $300.00
So I would like a idea of how many people are interested.

    What will be offers
    1) RA23-28 PLACARD
    2) RA23-28 Tuning Sticker
    3) RA23-28 Emissions Sticker
    4) RA23-28 Brake booster sticker
    5) RA23-28 Dealer Sticker

cost about $40 depending on how many people

As well wanted to know if the booster sticker numbering is all the same or are serial numbers so each one being different?
Would it matter if hey were all the same numbers ?

I think the booster sticker should be left blank at the serial no. and left as a stamp-your-own deal.

I've been a bit busy lately so the tuning stickers wont be ready for a while.
    How's the emissions sticker going?

I started using Photoshop harder to use that it should be,
Completed the RA23 Placard & started on Emissions,

may be hard to put your own numbers, as if you stuff the pressing you need a new sticker to stuff again,
I was going to get the number engraved into a metal plate and used this for stamping but that means only 1 number for all, but they would to straight

I'll take a set. If you use the stamped numbers I gave you, that would be even better But for me, I don't think the stamped numbers really matter except for authenticity, as they were likely used for QA and warranty purposes (both of which don't mean shit any more)

Just a quick update, tuning sticker almost complete (90% done) have been learning Photoshop which has been interesting, will have the tuning sticker complete by weekend.
So I should have something in a few weeks

Spoke to the printer and we can get the sticker on an A4 sheet uncut this will eliminate the cost of the cutting dye. I won’t know the price till I send him the art work but it will be around $22.00 per sheet,

This means you will have to cut them yourself.

I have the sample sticker material stuck to my car to see if shows any problem, the two under the bonnet cop the heat from the exhaust & may shrink over time like the original ones

    Will keep you posted.

    Owen,
that would be helpful, I got the original picture above but I cant make out to much detail, but it has the word "corolla" in the text, as best i can tell.
does any one know if the corolla & celica use the same jack?
I have the other stickers complete now but I'll wait for the jack info before printing.

    thanks again.
